What is the Discover Merchant Settlement?

This class action lawsuit alleges Discover misclassified certain Discover-issued consumer credit cards as commercial credit cards, causing merchants and others to incur excessive interchange fees. If you accepted those Discover cards during the relevant period, you may be entitled to a share of the fund.
