While the online claims portal remains accessible as of the date of this communication, claims submitted after the stated deadline may be considered untimely and there is no assurance that such claims will be accepted, processed, or approved by Class Counsel, the Claims Administrator, or the Court. CCC will continue to assist clients with claim submissions only while the portal remains operational. CCC does not guarantee the acceptance, approval, or payment of any untimely claims and is not responsible for determinations made by the Settlement Administrator, Class Counsel, or the Court.
