Brian joined CCC in 2003 to develop and program the complex class action coupon databases used in all aspects of the Auction Houses Antitrust litigation, the Lloyd’s American Trust Fund Litigation, the Abrasive Grain Antitrust Litigation and the Linens Antitrust litigation. Using Brian’s software, the firm transacted and returned more than $60,000,000 dollars to harmed class members in these four litigations.
Brian developed CCC’s proprietary software and databases. Brian oversees all aspects of CCC’s IT offering, including all databases, websites and monitoring and reporting portals. He is currently in charge of constructing a secure database to track the status and redemption of all coupon credits for the Korean Air Passenger Antitrust Litigation.
